Hi everyone! This is Andrea (Left) and Dorothy (Right), two nutrition graduates from Malaysia 🇲🇾 and Hong Kong 🇭🇰. If you have read the heading, you’ll know that we became friends during our exchange in the UK - amazing people and amazing stories🤩 (yes I'm saying we’re also one of those amazing people...not really sorry for saying that🤪).

We've created this page to promote healthy eating and body positivity! That’s how we came up with the name Nutriholic. Not only do we have “a heart full of love, a heart full of...(🎵?) food and nutrition!” but we also value and address the whole person’s wellbeing (holistic or wholistic some of u might call it) 💞. 

We want to challenge you to embrace your body - getting to know more about nutrition shouldn’t be about painfully restricting your diet or terrorising yourself with diseases, but rather it is a way to practice and express self-love ❤️.
