Struggling on diet coz u can't see much changes on scale or measurements?š¤ Focus on what you can control, e.g. eating healthily, having adequate exercise and restā¼ļø It might be easier to measure our progress with tangible numbers šbut sadly we cannot control how quickly our body reacts to these changes. It could take a much longer time for some people to see differences. Keep up the work and stop comparing - try to be patient and enjoy the process!š
