To reach their target calories, some may choose to eat high amounts of deep fried and processed foods which are pretty high in calories, but also high in sugars and fats. A survey also showed bodybuilder’s tend to eat a high protein and a low fibre diet (minimal to no intake of fruits and veges). This can be linked to a lot of health problems.
Remember, diet quality is still important even when you’re bulking.
