The Boba Phenomenon Part II

And.. we’re back talking about Bobas!


☝️Here are the tips we promised to give on how to handle boba milk/milk tea the next time you order them:


1. Go for SMALLER size unless you are sharing!

👉the smaller the cup, the smaller the serving size, after all you might just be craving for a taste of the drink~


2. Choose lower sugar levels

👉Previously we’ve mentioned that 1 cup of boba gives you roughly 8 tsps of sugar.. but luckily now most shops let you choose your preferred sugar level! Try your best to lower it but of course, at the optimum level which satisfies you~


3. Drink Occasionally, not daily

👉it’s meant to be a beverage for celebrations and joyous occasions~


4. Practice mindful “eating” even with Boba

👉take time to savour each gulp, consume and feel it, enjoy it slowly with the companionship of great friends~

👉之前提過1杯珍珠奶茶=8茶匙的糖...幸好多數奶茶店已准許顧客選擇糖量,只要不會低得太難喝,就盡量選低糖哦!


提示三:偶爾一杯,拒絕每天一杯!

👉珍珠奶茶適合做佳節飲品~


提示四:喝珍珠奶茶也可以實行"正念飲食"
