You can also buy lactase supplements to facilitate digestion of lactose in gut.

As some of you might substitute milk and dairy products to plant-based milk and cheeses, you might have a reduced consumption of vitamin A and D😥Lactose also helps with the uptaking of certain vitamins and minerals into the body. Hence, you may have insufficient intake of these vitamins and minerals.
