MSG, Good or Bad? Part 3 The Bottom Line

If you’ve been following our contents on MSG, you’ve been told about the alleged health hazards which still require more research for evidence 🤔


☝️However, if you think you may have a sensitivity to MSG, it’s best to be aware what food products can contain it:

-Fast foods (chips and snacks)

-Seasoning

-Instant noodles

-Processed meats


❗❗MSG can also have an “alter ego”, where it can always be sneaked into labels of food products using these words:

-Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein

-Textured Vegetable Protein

-Yeast Extract

-Soy protein isolate


As for now, we can only conclude that even though MSG safety is still being debated, it’s clear that foods that commonly contain MSG are highly-processed, and when consumed excessively aren’t good for overall health🍟🥫🍜.


🤓Don’t stress, just remember to eat more whole foods!

目前我們只能得出這樣的結論:即使味精的安全性仍處於爭議中,但很明顯,通常含有味精的食品是經過高度加工的,過量食用會對健康不利。


別擔心,只要記得多吃全食即可!
