If you are tired, learn to rest but not to quit.

Those of you who are practising healthy habits and making changes to achieve a healthier lifestyle, don't be discouraged when there are days that you just don't feel like it or perhaps you don't seem to see much progress. This may be a sign that it's time to give yourself a break, but..... DON'T GIVE UP ON YOUR GOALS. Learning to rest can always be the key to making better progress when you pick up again where you've left off!


如果你們正在培養健康習慣,還有為了過更健康的生活作出改變,在沒有動力或者付出後沒有太大成果時,千萬不要氣餒。這正是叫你停一停的提示。可是⋯⋯不要放棄你的目標。學會休息就是幫助你在停下的位置再重新出發時,有更大進步的關鍵。
