Fruit vs Juice Part 1



In habit challenge 6 last week, we talked about having 2 servings of fruits per day🍓 Some of you asked the equivalent portion of juices as you might be too busy for fruits or feeling lazy to peel fruits🍊 2 servings of fruits would be equal to 1.5 cups of pure fruit juice without added sugar.

Still we would recommend you to get fruits instead of juices. You might take more calories than expected as it takes quite a number of fruits to make 1 cup of juice🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎🍏🍎Stay tuned to our post this week to know why is fruit better than juice!
